BIDS, PROPOSALS & PRESENTATIONS:

* Assist in site selection that will best accomodate the organizations needs.
* Arrange site tours of Waterloo for planners to view facilities and local attractions.
* Prepare meeting proposals and presentations.
EVENT PLANNING:
* Coordinate off-property excursions.
* Assist with logistics on shuttle service and transportation.
* Publicity of your event through press releases to local, regional, & national media.
* Provide letterhead and digital photos of our city to promote your "host" destination.
* Design convention flyers and posters.
* Non-profit grant program available.
DURING THE EVENT:
* Arrange a welcome address by city officials and/or Bureau staff.
* Provide customized name badges.
* Supply maps, visitor guides & attraction coupons of Waterloo for your registration.
