It’s time to renew those old school friendships!

We have many summer events in downtown Waterloo that are ideal for planning your reunion around. Many of the summer festivals and events held in the downtown area can add hours of live music and entertainment to your event. My Waterloo Days Festival, BBQ’Loo and Blues Too, Waterloo Fireworks Festival, the Iowa Irish Fest, and Friday’Loo, the “T.G.I.F. Party every other Friday” into September during the summer months. Friday’Loo is held in Lincoln Park and a special area for everyone to gather can be arranged for your reunion.

We can assist you with blocking hotel rooms for your classmates. We offer other complimentary services such as name badges with name badge preparation. We offer welcome packets that include our colorful visitors guide, discount shopping coupons, maps, and a special calendar of events of activities taking place during your selected reunion dates. We even have Waterloo postcards that you can send as a reminder of the reunion, once the original mailer is sent out to everyone. We can even send out press releases to try and locate those lost classmates. Waterloo has five beautiful city golf courses where you can arrange a golf outing and cook-out. Plus we have list of locations of where you can have your banquet or on-site entertainment ideas.
